Orders and Shipping
Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
Standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days within the U.S. Expedited options are available at checkout for faster delivery.
Yes! We offer local delivery within a 2-hour radius of Blandon, PA. Pickup options may be available at select events—contact us for details.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. You can also log into your Garden Infuzions account to track your shipment.
If your order hasn’t been processed yet, contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to make changes before it ships.
Check your tracking number first. If it’s significantly delayed or marked delivered but not received, contact us so we can help resolve it quickly.
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We’re working on expanding our shipping zones soon!
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Free shipping is available on qualifying orders over a certain amount.
Absolutely! During checkout, you can add a gift note. Pricing will be excluded from the packing slip.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged items. We’ll replace or refund the damaged products promptly. Please take photos of your shipping box and contents so we can visually see where our shipping process may have failed.

Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns on unopened bottles within 30 days of purchase. Bottles must be in their original condition with the safety seal intact.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on opened bottles or products that have been used, even if only partially.
Please contact us through our website with your order number and reason for return. If your item qualifies, we’ll provide return instructions.
Eligible returns will be refunded to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the product. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We do not offer exchanges on shipped orders. Exchanges are only available in person at vendor events if the bottle is unopened and safety-sealed.
In-person exchanges are accepted at approved vendor events. Bring your unopened, safety-sealed bottle and your original purchase confirmation.

Yes, unopened bottles with the safety seal intact can be exchanged at another vendor event, but we do not process refunds for event purchases.
Yes, customers are responsible for the cost of shipping returned items unless the return is due to a shipping error or product damage.
