After two years running a successful freeze-dried candy business, we felt inspired to shift toward more health-focused, natural foods. With 75% of the equipment already in hand, we began researching the art and science behind Infused Olive Oils. What followed was a deep dive into wellness, flavor balance, and the healing power of herbs.
Tom, our resident science nerd, is always testing new ideas and perfecting infusion techniques to unlock bold, vibrant flavors. Kim, a fan of Hell’s Kitchen and all things Gordon Ramsay, adds a touch of culinary artistry and creative spice to every blend.
