Jodi Alderfer –
WOW! I have been an olive oil aficionado for a long time, and these are some of the most delightful I have tried. Herbs de Provence has many layers that reveal themselves as you let it linger on your palate. I am not a foodie, so I do not know all the right words to describe the flavors, but let it suffice to say that I enjoy this one as a dipping oil for bread with my dinner.

Thank you Jodi. We’re so happy you enjoyed our blend. You mentioned the many layers of our Herbs De Provence. That’s exactly why we use real herbs in this blend instead of extracts. We’ve got more when you’re ready!
