Ingredients (Serves 4)
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cut into strips or bite-sized pieces)
- 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
- 2 cups fresh green beans, trimmed
- 3 tbsp Garden Infuzions’ British Blend Olive Oil (more if you like)
- 1 tsp salt (or to taste)
- ½ tsp black pepper (or to taste)
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp paprika (optional for color)
- ½ lemon, juiced

Cook the Potatoes:
- Heat 1 tbsp British Blend Olive Oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add baby potatoes, season with a pinch of salt & pepper, and cook 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown and tender.
- Remove from skillet and set aside.

Sauté the Chicken:
- In the same skillet, add 1 tbsp British Blend Olive Oil.
- Add chicken pieces, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper, and cook for 5-6 minutes, until golden and cooked through.
- Remove from skillet and set aside with potatoes.

Cook the Green Beans & Finish:
- Add the final 1 tbsp of British Blend Olive Oil to the skillet.
- Toss in green beans and sauté for 3-4 minutes, until tender-crisp.
- Return chicken and potatoes to the pan, squeeze in lemon juice, and toss everything together for 1-2 minutes.
