British Blend One Pan Chicken Meal

This one-pan meal combines tender chicken, crispy baby potatoes, and flavorful green beans, all cooked with the perfect blend of British-inspired herbs. This exquisite blend combines thyme, rosemary, sage, parsley, and marjoram to create a versatile oil good for any protein, starch or vegetable.

Ingredients (Serves 4)

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cut into strips or bite-sized pieces)
  • 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
  • 2 cups fresh green beans, trimmed
  • 3 tbsp Garden Infuzions’ British Blend Olive Oil (more if you like)
  • 1 tsp salt (or to taste)
  • ½ tsp black pepper (or to taste)
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp paprika (optional for color)
  • ½ lemon, juiced

Instructions

  1. Cook the Potatoes:

    • Heat 1 tbsp British Blend Olive Oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
    • Add baby potatoes, season with a pinch of salt & pepper, and cook 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown and tender.
    • Remove from skillet and set aside.
  2. Sauté the Chicken:

    • In the same skillet, add 1 tbsp British Blend Olive Oil.
    • Add chicken pieces, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper, and cook for 5-6 minutes, until golden and cooked through.
    • Remove from skillet and set aside with potatoes.
  3. Cook the Green Beans & Finish:

    • Add the final 1 tbsp of British Blend Olive Oil to the skillet.
    • Toss in green beans and sauté for 3-4 minutes, until tender-crisp.
    • Return chicken and potatoes to the pan, squeeze in lemon juice, and toss everything together for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Serve & Enjoy!
