Refund & Return Policy

Garden Infuzions is committed to providing high-quality, all-natural infused olive oils. Your satisfaction is important to us, and weโ€™ve outlined our refund and return policy below to ensure clarity and trust in every order.


General Return Policy

Due to the consumable nature of our products, we only accept returns under the following strict conditions:

  • Returns are only accepted for unopened bottles with the original safety seal intact.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 calendar days of the order delivery date as confirmed by carrier tracking.
  • The product must be in original condition with no signs of use, tampering, or damage unrelated to shipping.
  • We require a valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) for all returns.

Opened, used, tampered, or unsealed products are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable. We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these requirements.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on promotional items, gift cards, or products purchased at a discount greater than 20%.


Refund Process

To request a return, email support@gardeninfuzions.com within the 30-day period. If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error or damage caused by Garden Infuzions.

Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5โ€“7 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the rare case that your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us at support@gardeninfuzions.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging.

We will assess your claim and, if validated, issue a replacement or refund at no cost to you. We reserve the right to deny damage claims submitted after 48 hours or without photographic evidence.


Exchanges

Shipped Orders

We do not accept exchanges for any shipped orders. Once a product leaves our facility, it is considered final sale unless it arrives damaged or incorrect, as noted above.

Vendor Event Purchases

Exchanges are only permitted in person at official Garden Infuzions vendor events and under all of the following conditions:

  • The bottle is unopened and has its safety seal fully intact.
  • The exchange is requested within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date.
  • The customer presents a physical or digital receipt as proof of purchase.
  • Inventory availability allows for the requested exchange.

We reserve the right to deny any in-person exchange that does not comply with all of the above terms.


Non-Returnable Situations

To protect product integrity and for the safety of our customers, we do not accept returns or issue refunds in the following situations:

  • The bottle has been opened, the seal has been broken, or the product shows signs of use.
  • Return requests made after the 30-day window.
  • Damage resulting from improper handling, storage, or unauthorized repackaging.
  • Buyerโ€™s remorse, flavor preferences, or subjective opinions after consumption.
  • Packages returned to sender due to incorrect shipping address input at checkout.
  • Returns attempted without prior authorization or tracking number.

Limitation of Liability

Garden Infuzions is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages once tracking information shows confirmed delivery by the shipping carrier. Customers are responsible for verifying their shipping address at checkout. We do not assume liability for delays caused by carriers or acts beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, natural disasters, or national emergencies.

We reserve the right to modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice. The version in effect at the time of your order will govern the return and refund process for that order.
