Method
- Whisk soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, water, rice vinegar, honey, and red pepper flakes in a bowl. Set aside.
- Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add 1 tablespoon infused olive oil. Sear beef 1–2 minutes per side until browned. Remove and set aside.
- Add remaining infused olive oil and broccoli. Stir-fry 3–4 minutes until bright green and tender-crisp.
- Return beef to pan. Pour sauce over mixture and toss 2–3 minutes until thickened and glossy.
- Serve immediately over jasmine rice. Optional: drizzle with additional infused oil before serving.
