Ingredients

Ingredients
  • 1 large head cauliflower cut into bite-size florets
  • 3 tablespoons New York Buffalo Wings Infused Olive Oil Blend
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 2 tablespoons sliced scallions
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese optional

Equipment

  • 1 Large mixing bowl For tossing the cauliflower and seasoning
  • 1 Sheet Pan Large enough to hold florets in a single layer
  • 1 Parchment paper For easier cleanup
  • 1 Spatula For flipping during roasting
  • 1 Serving platter For finishing and serving

Method

Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F and line a large sheet pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with the New York Buffalo Wings Infused Olive Oil Blend, olive oil, kosher salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika.
  3. Spread the cauliflower in a single layer on the prepared sheet pan.
  4. Roast for 20 minutes, then flip the florets and roast for 8 to 10 minutes more until the edges are browned and the cauliflower is tender.
  5. Warm the ranch dressing slightly if needed so it drizzles easily.
  6. Transfer the cauliflower to a serving platter and drizzle with ranch dressing.
  7. Finish with scallions, parsley, and blue cheese if using, then serve right away.

Notes

For the best texture, roast the cauliflower hot and give it space on the pan. If you want a thicker ranch finish, use less dressing and serve extra on the side. The blue cheese is optional but adds a nice salty bite if your crowd likes it.
