Prepare the Mushrooms (5 minutes):
- Preheat your oven to 375°F. Brush the mushroom caps inside and out with 1 tablespoon of Philly Cheesesteak Blend Olive Oil. Arrange them on a baking sheet, cavity side up.
Cook the Filling (10 minutes):
- Heat 1 tablespoon of Philly Cheesesteak Blend Olive Oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the onions and bell peppers, sautéing until softened. Add the ground beef or steak, breaking it up and cooking until browned. Season with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Remove from heat.
Stuff the Mushrooms (5 minutes):
- Spoon the beef mixture into each mushroom cap, filling generously. Top each stuffed mushroom with half a slice of provolone cheese.
Bake the Mushrooms (10 minutes):
- Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Garnish and Serve:
- Sprinkle with chopped parsley, if desired, and serve warm.
