  • 3 tablespoons Pickle Blend Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Dill
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt or to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ground Mustard Powder optional
  • 2 tablespoons Crushed Dill Pickle Chips optional, for garnish

Instructions
  1. Equipment: Large pot with lid or air popper, mixing bowl, measuring spoons.
  2. Prep Time: 5 minutes
  3. Cook Time: 5 minutes
  4. Total Time: 10 minutes
Pop the Kernels (5 minutes):
  1. In a large pot, heat 2 tablespoons of Pickle Blend Olive Oil over medium heat. Add 3 popcorn kernels and cover. Once the kernels pop, add the remaining popcorn kernels in an even layer. Cover and shake the pot gently while the kernels pop. Remove from heat when popping slows.
Prepare the Seasoning (2 minutes):
  1. In a small bowl, mix dried dill, garlic powder, salt, and mustard powder (if using).
Toss the Popcorn (3 minutes):
  1. Drizzle the remaining tablespoon of Pickle Blend Olive Oil over the popped popcorn. Sprinkle with the dill pickle seasoning and toss well to coat. Garnish with crushed dill pickle chips for an extra tangy crunch.
Serve:
  1. Transfer to a serving bowl and enjoy immediately.
