Roast the Potatoes (35 minutes):
- Spread the coated potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet. Roast in the preheated oven for 35 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy.
Garnish and Serve (2 minutes):
- Remove the potatoes from the oven and transfer them to a serving dish. Sprinkle with the chopped fresh dill and toss gently to combine. Serve hot.
