Prepare the Turkey Mixture (5 minutes):
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, dill pickle juice, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and chopped dill. Mix gently until just combined.
Form the Patties (5 minutes):
- Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape them into patties about 1/2 inch thick. Brush each patty with Pickle Blend Olive Oil.
Cook the Burgers (10 minutes):
- Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for 4-5 minutes on each side, brushing with additional Pickle Blend Olive Oil during cooking, until fully cooked (internal temperature of 165°F).
Assemble the Burgers (2 minutes):
- Toast the burger buns. Layer each bun with lettuce, tomato, a turkey patty, and your choice of toppings. Finish with a drizzle of pickle mayo for extra flavor.
