Ingredients

Ingredients
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons whole milk
  • 1 tablespoon Breakfast Infused Olive Oil Blend
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped chives
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley
  • 1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon shredded cheddar cheese optional

Equipment

  • 1 Medium Bowl For whisking the eggs
  • 1 whisk To blend the egg mixture until light
  • 1 Nonstick Skillet 8 to 10 inch skillet works well
  • 1 Silicone Spatula For gentle folding and soft curds
  • 1 set Measuring spoons For accurate blend and butter amounts

Method

Instructions
  1. 1. Crack the eggs into a medium bowl, add the milk, salt, and pepper, then whisk until the mixture looks smooth and lightly foamy.
  2. 2. Set a nonstick skillet over low heat and add the Breakfast Infused Olive Oil Blend and butter. Let the butter melt fully without letting the pan get hot.
  3. 3. Pour in the eggs and let them sit for a few seconds, then use a silicone spatula to stir slowly from the edges toward the center.
  4. 4. Keep the heat low and continue folding the eggs gently until soft curds form and the eggs look mostly set but still glossy.
  5. 5. Turn off the heat, fold in the chives and parsley, and add the cheddar if you want it.
  6. 6. Spoon the eggs onto warm plates right away and finish with a little extra black pepper if desired.

Notes

Keep the heat low from start to finish so the eggs stay tender instead of dry. The blend already brings a savory breakfast profile, so the herbs should stay fresh and light. For a richer plate, serve with toast and roasted potatoes.
