Method
- Equipment: Grill or grill pan, mixing bowl, basting brush, skillet.

Prepare the Chicken (5 minutes):
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, mix NY Pizza Blend Olive Oil, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Brush the mixture generously over both sides of the chicken breasts.
Grill the Chicken (10-12 minutes):
- Place chicken on the grill and cook for 5-6 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F. Remove from the grill and transfer to a skillet or baking dish.
Assemble the Chicken Parmesan (5 minutes):
- Spread marinara sauce over each piece of chicken. Top with shredded mozzarella and a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese.
Melt the Cheese (5 minutes):
- Place the skillet or baking dish under a broiler for 2-3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
