Method
- Equipment: Grill or skillet, mixing bowl, tongs, aluminum foil.

Marinate the Chicken (10 minutes):
- In a mixing bowl, combine chicken slices, 2 tablespoons of Philly Cheesesteak Blend Olive Oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Toss to coat evenly and let marinate for 10 minutes.
Cook the Vegetables (5 minutes):
- Heat 1 tablespoon of Philly Cheesesteak Blend Olive Oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add bell peppers and onions, cooking until softened and slightly caramelized. Transfer to a plate and set aside.
Grill the Chicken (8-10 minutes):
- Grill the marinated chicken over medium heat for 4-5 minutes per side or until fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
Assemble the Sandwiches (5 minutes):
- On the toasted hoagie rolls, layer grilled chicken slices, sautéed peppers and onions, and two slices of provolone cheese. Wrap each sandwich in aluminum foil.
Melt the Cheese (2 minutes):
- Place the wrapped sandwiches on the grill or in a hot oven for 2 minutes, just until the cheese is melted.
Serve:
- Unwrap and serve warm with a side of chips or a simple salad.
