Instructions
- 1. Pat the pork chops dry with paper towels and place them in a large resealable bag or shallow dish.
- 2. In a small bowl, whisk together the Tuscan Infused Olive Oil Blend, lemon juice, garlic, rosemary, parsley, kosher salt, black pepper, crushed red pepper flakes, and Dijon mustard.
- 3. Pour the marinade over the pork chops, turning to coat each piece well. Seal or cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour and up to 4 hours.
- 4. Preheat a grill to medium-high heat and oil the grates lightly.
- 5. Remove the pork chops from the marinade and let excess drip off.
- 6. Grill the chops for 5 to 6 minutes per side, or until nicely marked and the internal temperature reaches 145°F at the thickest part.
- 7. Transfer the pork chops to a plate and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
- 8. Slice or serve whole with your favorite sides and spoon any resting juices over the top.
Notes
For the best flavor, let the marinade do the work for at least one hour. If the pork chops are thinner than 1 inch, shorten the grill time so they stay juicy and do not overcook. Always rest the meat before serving so the texture stays tender.
