Notes

For a thicker spread, use the aioli immediately after chilling. For a drizzle-style sauce, whisk in 1 teaspoon of water or lemon juice at a time until it loosens slightly. This aioli is excellent on burgers, toasted buns, wraps, roasted potatoes, French fries, grilled mushrooms, onions, peppers, and zucchini.
