Ingredients

Ingredients
  • 1 large head cauliflower about 2 1/2 pounds, cut into florets
  • 3 tablespoons Ranch Infused Olive Oil Blend
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon panko breadcrumbs optional

Equipment

  • 1 Large Sheet Pan Lined with parchment paper
  • 1 Large mixing bowl For tossing the cauliflower
  • 1 Silicone Spatula For turning florets
  • 1 set Measuring spoons For seasoning and finishing
  • 1 Chef’s knife For cutting the cauliflower
  • 1 Cutting board For prep

Method

Instructions
  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 425°F and line a large sheet pan with parchment paper.
  2. 2. Pat the cauliflower florets dry, then place them in a large bowl.
  3. 3. Add the Ranch Infused Olive Oil Blend, olive oil, kosher salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, dried dill, and smoked paprika. Toss until every floret looks evenly coated.
  4. 4. Spread the cauliflower in a single layer on the prepared sheet pan, making sure the pieces are not crowded.
  5. 5. Roast for 20 minutes, then flip the florets and roast for 8 to 10 minutes more until the edges are golden and the centers are tender.
  6. 6. Transfer the hot cauliflower to a serving bowl and toss with Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, and parsley.
  7. 7. If using panko, sprinkle it over the top just before serving for extra crunch.
  8. 8. Serve warm right away.

Notes

For the best texture, roast on a roomy pan so the cauliflower can brown instead of steam. The Ranch Infused Olive Oil Blend gives the dish its signature herb-forward finish, so add the lemon and Parmesan at the end to keep the flavor bright.
