  • 4 large Bell Peppers any color, halved and deseeded
  • 1 pound Ground Beef or Thinly Sliced Steak
  • 3 tablespoons Philly Cheesesteak Blend Olive Oil
  • 1 large Onion thinly sliced
  • 8 slices Provolone Cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley chopped (optional garnish)

Method
 

  1. Equipment: Baking dish, skillet, tongs, mixing bowl.
  2. Prep Time: 15 minutes

Preheat the Oven (5 minutes):
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F. Brush the inside of the bell pepper halves with 1 tablespoon of Philly Cheesesteak Blend Olive Oil and place them in a baking dish.
Cook the Beef Mixture (10 minutes):
  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of Philly Cheesesteak Blend Olive Oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the onions and sauté until soft. Add the ground beef or steak, breaking it up and cooking until browned. Drain any excess fat.
Season the Filling (2 minutes):

Stuff the Peppers (5 minutes):
