Ingredients

Ingredients
  • 3 large ripe avocados
  • 1/4 cup red onion finely diced
  • 1 medium Roma tomato seeded and diced
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons Guacamole Infused Olive Oil Blend
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 small jalapeño seeded and minced (optional)
  • 1 clove garlic minced (optional)

Equipment

  • 1 Mixing bowl Medium bowl for mashing and mixing
  • 1 Fork or potato masher For creamy but textured guacamole
  • 1 Cutting board For chopping vegetables
  • 1 Chef’s knife For dicing and mincing
  • 1 set Measuring spoons For accurate seasoning

Method

Instructions
  1. Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a medium bowl.
  2. Add the lime juice, salt, black pepper, and Guacamole Infused Olive Oil Blend, then mash with a fork or potato masher until mostly creamy.
  3. Fold in the red onion, tomato, and cilantro until evenly distributed.
  4. If using, stir in the jalapeño and garlic for extra bite.
  5. Taste and adjust with a little more salt or lime juice if needed.
  6. Serve right away with chips or cover tightly and chill briefly before serving.

Notes

Use ripe avocados that yield slightly to gentle pressure; they mash smoothly and give the best texture. If you prefer a looser dip, add 1 to 2 teaspoons of water or extra lime juice and stir gently. The Guacamole Infused Olive Oil Blend adds a rounded savory note that helps the guacamole taste fuller without crowding the fresh ingredients.
