Ingredients

Ingredients
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Pickle Infused Olive Oil Blend
  • 1 tablespoon dill pickle juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon fine salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped dill pickle optional

Equipment

  • 1 Mixing bowl medium size
  • 1 whisk for blending the sauce
  • 1 set Measuring spoons for accurate seasoning
  • 1 rubber spatula for folding and scraping

Method

Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, dill pickle juice, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
  2. Slowly whisk in the Pickle Infused Olive Oil Blend until the mixture looks glossy and evenly combined.
  3. Fold in the finely chopped dill pickle if you want a little texture.
  4. Taste and adjust with a little more lemon juice, pickle juice, or salt if needed.
  5. Cover and chill for at least 15 minutes before serving if you want the flavor to settle and meld.
  6. Serve cold as a spread, dip, or sauce.

Notes

This quick condiment leans creamy, tangy, and savory with a clean pickle finish. It’s best made with a full-fat mayonnaise base so the blend stays rich and smooth. If you want a looser sauce, add pickle juice 1 teaspoon at a time. Featured product: Pickle Infused Olive Oil Blend (product ID 7168). Product URL: https://gardeninfuzions.com/infuzed/pickle-blend/.
