- Total Time: 25 minutes
Make the Sesame Ginger Sauce (3 minutes):
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, toasted sesame oil, garlic, ginger, cornstarch, and water until smooth. Set aside.
Sear the Beef (4 minutes):
- Heat 2 tablespoons Asian Stir-Fry Infused Olive Oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the sliced beef in a single layer and sear for 2 minutes per side, working in batches if needed. Transfer beef to a plate.
Stir-Fry the Broccoli (3 minutes):
- Add the remaining 1 tablespoon Asian Stir-Fry Infused Olive Oil to the skillet. Add broccoli florets and stir-fry for 2 to 3 minutes until bright green and crisp-tender.
Combine with Sauce (2 minutes):
- Return the beef to the skillet. Pour in the sesame ginger sauce and toss until the beef and broccoli are evenly coated. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes, until the sauce thickens and becomes glossy.
Serve and Garnish (1 minute):
- Serve hot over jasmine rice. Garnish with toasted sesame seeds and sliced green onions.

Notes
For extra tender beef, slice it thinly against the grain and avoid overcooking. If the sauce thickens too much, add 1 tablespoon of water at a time until it loosens. This recipe also works with chicken, shrimp, tofu, mushrooms, snap peas, carrots, bell peppers, or noodles.
