Ingredients

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup Farmhouse Infused Olive Oil Blend
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic finely minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley finely chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon grated Parmesan cheese optional
  • 1 loaf crusty bread sliced for serving

Equipment

  • 1 Small Skillet for gently warming the oil
  • 1 small serving bowl shallow bowl helps hold heat
  • 1 set Measuring spoons for accurate seasoning
  • 1 Knife for mincing garlic and chopping parsley
  • 1 Cutting board for prep
  • 1 Wooden spoon for stirring

Method

Instructions
  1. 1. Set a small skillet over low heat and add the Farmhouse Infused Olive Oil Blend and extra-virgin olive oil.
  2. 2. Add the minced garlic and cook gently for 1 to 2 minutes, just until fragrant, stirring often so it stays pale and soft.
  3. 3. Stir in the parsley, red pepper flakes, kosher salt, black pepper, and Parmesan if using.
  4. 4. Taste and adjust the salt or pepper if needed, keeping the flavor bold but balanced.
  5. 5. Pour the warm oil into a shallow serving bowl and serve right away with sliced crusty bread.
  6. 6. Rewarm very gently if the oil cools before serving, then stir again before bringing it to the table.

Notes

Keep the heat low so the garlic stays fragrant and does not take on any bitter edges. This works best when served fresh and warm. If you want a more rustic look, leave the parsley slightly coarse and finish with an extra drizzle of the blend just before serving.
