About Our Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, 20% Reduced
Our Balsamic Vinegar of Modena is gently reduced by 20% to concentrate its naturally rich, sweet-tart flavor and create a fuller, smoother consistency. The reduction process removes a portion of the vinegar’s water while allowing the character of the balsamic to become more pronounced.
There are no added herbs, flavors, sweeteners, thickeners, or other ingredients. It is simply Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, carefully reduced to deliver a richer balsamic experience.
The result is a versatile vinegar with concentrated flavor that works beautifully as both an everyday ingredient and a finishing touch. Pair it with one of our Infused Olive Oil Blends for dipping and vinaigrettes, drizzle it over vegetables and meats, or use it to add a bright, rich contrast to cheese, fruit, and desserts.
Balsamic Vinegar Benefits
Balsamic Vinegar of Modena — Balsamic vinegar is made from grapes and is prized for its balance of acidity, subtle sweetness, and complex flavor. Its concentrated character makes it an easy way to add depth and brightness to foods without overwhelming the other ingredients in a dish.
20% Reduced — Gently reducing the balsamic concentrates its existing flavor and creates a fuller consistency without requiring added thickeners or sweeteners.
Nothing Added — Our reduced balsamic contains no added herbs, flavorings, sweeteners, or thickeners. What you taste comes from the Balsamic Vinegar of Modena itself.
