Let us know how it was!Recipe Tips
Warm the hummus gently so it stays creamy, then use the back of a spoon to make a small well in the center for the olive oil and toppings.
If the hummus feels thick, loosen it with a splash of warm water or a little extra lemon juice until it spreads easily.
Serving Suggestions
Serve this with warm pita, toasted flatbread, crisp cucumbers, carrot sticks, or fresh tomatoes for an easy starter.
It also works well as part of a mezze board with olives, roasted vegetables, and a few simple dips.
Storage
Store leftover hummus in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
Keep the olive oil topping separate if possible, then drizzle it on just before serving for the best texture.
Variations
Top with toasted pine nuts for extra crunch.
Add a pinch of smoked paprika or sumac for a bright finishing touch.
Swap the parsley for chopped dill or cilantro if that better fits your table.
